Trebinje is is a small sized city situated in the Trebišnjica river valley in south eastern Herzegovina, about 30 km by road from Dubrovnik, Croatia, on the Adriatic coast. Despite its small size, there is plenty going on in this town in the way of live music, festivals, outdoor activities, and nightlife. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is called “the city of sun and platan trees”. The city is the economic and cultural centre of the region of Eastern Herzegovina. Hercegovina is well known for its wine and food. On our way to Trebinje we will have a stop for honey degustation and you will try best home made honey made on natural way. After honey degustation we go to vinery where you will try best local wine. Zilavka is the local white wine, and Vranac is the local variety of red wine. Highlight of our tour is a place called konoba Studenac.: Without a doubt, konoba Studenac has fish specialties and beautiful setting, near Trebisnjica, with a pond and superior service, quiet corner. This konoba won the Golden Rose of Tourism and the gold medal Tourism Fair Novi Sad. Here you will have lunch.
